Is there a Camper Van area on site?

Yes we have a Camper Van area on site. Please check our ticket page for tickets. It’s €75 per Camper Van and you need a Weekend Camping ticket too. ticketmaster.ie

What do I get with the VIP Surfers Bar upgrade?

The cost of the upgrade for the weekend is €75. You will receive access to the VIP Surfers Bar for the entire Weekend.

How do I get to play at Sea Sessions?

Each year this is one of the most frequently asked questions. We’d love to have everyone play, but it’s just not possible.

Can my band play at Sea Sessions

If you are an Irish band or artist that’s trying to break through  keep an eye out for Unsigned Sessions which happens every spring in The Chasin' Bull in Bundoran. Other Bands/artists can apply by email to bands@seasessions.com and they'll be passed on to the relevant bookers.

I’m only 17 – can I go to Sea Sessions?

Yes, Under 18’s are allowed access on Saturday and Sunday. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. There is no camping available for under 18’s.  Friday is strictly over 18’s only. There are no under 14's allowed on site. Strictly one under 18 child per adult

What forms of ID are accepted at Sea Sessions?

Only Government issued ID will be accepted. Passports and Drivers Licences.

How do I get to the event site?

Sea Sessions Site is in the Bundoran Beach Car Park. Just off the Main Street in Bundoran.  â€‹

 

Is there disability access?

At Sea Sessions we pride ourselves on making the event as wheelchair friendly as possible. The entrances and all stages can be accessed by those with mobility needs and we have a reserved viewing platform in the main stage. There's also accessible portaloos on site.

Where is Bundoran?

Bundoran is in south Donegal – 7km from Ballyshannon and 35km from Sligo, which has national rail and bus links. Direct buses from Dublin will be coming to the event see the ‘getting there’ section of the website for further updates. Is there Car Parking?

Yes there will be an official Car Park in the west end of town.

Can I buy one day tickets?

Yes. They are on sale now from ticketmaster.ie now. There is a limited availability of Day tickets so if you want to go for the day you better get them soon.

Is there food on site?

There are a wide variety of on site vendors at Sea Sessions who have been hand picked to ensure a cross section of quality food from organic meat to vegetarian options.

Can you recommend accommodation in town?

There are numerous accommodation options in Bundoran aside from the festival’s campsite. These range from four star Hotels to luxury self catering holiday homes to surf hostels and approved B&B’s. Sea Sessions has a number of ‘approved accommodation providers’ which we are happy to stand over as offering excellent value and comfort – please see the Accommodation section of the website.

What activities are actually on the site?

Sea Sessions event site will be hosting a skateboard display and a Surf Event. Ancillary off site events will include a tag rugby competition, beach Olympics, beach soccer and of course our ever popular beach yoga. . See Sports / Activities section of this site for more info.

Can you be refused admission?

The Equal Status Act 2000 entitles the event organisers to refuse service or admission to any person, when that decision is taken in good faith to comply with the requirements of the law to run an orderly event where the event organiser is fearful for that individual, themselves or any others or fears any breach of the law. People may also be removed from the site/campsite for the above reasons.

What time does the event site open from and until?

The event site is open to ticket holders, acts, emergency services and staff only. The Campsite opens at 3pm Thursday. The Main Arena opens from 5pm Friday. Campsite closes Monday morning.

​

What happens if I lose my wristband?

There is a zero tolerance for lost or damaged wristbands. People found on site without a wristband will be removed from the site and will not be allowed admission.

What if I have a problem with my ticket booking?

If you have had any difficulty with booking your ticket please contact Ticketmaster directly.

​

Is alcohol allowed on Site?

No we have several bars in the main arena. You are permitted to bring a limited amount of alcohol in on check in to the Campsite. One case of 24 x 500ml Beer or 1L of Spirits.
