How do I get to the event site?
Sea Sessions is based on the Main beach in the centre of Bundoran - you can't miss it, just follow the sound of the music and the waves. There is a map on the website with directions to both the event site and campsites. Full details are available on our 'getting there' page.
Where is Bundoran?
Bundoran is in south Donegal - 5km from Ballyshannon and 37km from Sligo, which has national rail links and an airport.
Direct buses from Dublin will be coming to the event see the 'getting there' section of the website for further updates.
Can I buy one day tickets?
Day tickets are available not available at this time but may be released closer to the date.
What about camping?
Unofficial Festival Camping will be provided within a few minutes walk from the festival grounds.
Weekend camping is €20pp (Fri 25th - Sun 27th June)

Can I stay on the campsite if I don't have a concert ticket?
No the camp sites provided are only for ticket holders attending Sea Sessions.
What do I get for my ticket?
Access to Sea Sessions 2010.
Sea Sessions 2010 will be three days of music and events on the festival site at Main Beach Bundoran, there will be the best in Irish and International talent for three days Friday Saturday and Sunday in the main marquee. There will also be a DJ tent - a Rock tent and various other musical entertainment. The festival site will host food and beverages including alcohol, alternative therapies, art exhibitions and displays by various surfing bodies.
A weekend pass will also entitle you to access to some normally ticketed nightclubs in Bundoran after the event site closes each evening. Some local businesses may offer special incentives and discounts to ticket holders, these offers are solely at the behest of those premises and not related to Sea Sessions.

Is there food on site?
There are a wide variety of on site vendors at Sea Sessions who have been hand picked to ensure a cross section of quality food from organic meat to vegetarian options.
Can you recommend accommodation in town?
There are numerous accommodation options in Bundoran aside from the festivals unofficial campsite. These range from four star Hotels to luxury self catering holiday homes to surf hostels and approved B&B's. Sea Sessions has a number of 'approved accommodation providers' which we are happy to stand over as offering excellent value and comfort - please see the Accommodation section of the website.
What activities are actually on the site?
Sea Session event site will be hosting a skate board competition, a mountain biking tricks demonstration, BMX freestyle ramps and a Surf Event. Ancillary off site events will include a mini tri-athalon and a tag rugby competition.
Can minors attend the event?
Children under 12 are FREE as long as accompanied by a ticket holding adult that is their guardian.
Minors aged 12 to 18 pay full ticket price and must also be accompanied by an adult. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years and who is not accompanied by a parent or guardian to be on the event site or any part of the premises which is used exclusively or mainly for the sale of intoxicating liquor. Where any minor (under 18) is found in the event area unaccompanied by a parent or guardian the parent or guardian shall be guilty of an offence.
Can you be refused admission?
The equal status act 2000 entitles the event organisers to refuse service or admission to any person, when that decision is taken in good faith to comply with the requirements of the law to run an orderly event where the event organiser is fearful for that individual, themselves or any others or fears any breach of the law.
What time does the event site open from and until?
The event site is open to ticket holders, acts, emergency services and staff only. Specific opening times will be announced closer to the time
What happens if I loose my wrist band?
There is a zero tolerance for lost or damaged wristbands. People found on site without a wristband will be removed from the site and will not be allowed admission.
